Q: Do you have a way to ship chocolate items so they will not melt during the warmer months?
A: Yes with any chocolate items we charge a fee of $10.00 for an ice pack and cooler. We only do this during the summer months.
Q: What is your return policy for shipments?
A: We will accept unopened returned merchandise within 30 days of original order date. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all
returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return,
one that can provide you with a tracking number. Nifty Nut House is
not responsible for items that may melt due to warm weather.
